Ingredients:

2½ Cups of Bisquick
-
1lb of Ground Sausage
-
(I mix mild and hot 2:1)
-
1lb of Extra Sharp Shredded Cheddar
-
(I prefer hoop cheese)
Directions:
-
Mix ingredients together well.
(You can let stand for 30 minutes to reach
room temperature to make mixture easier to
handle)
-
Kneed by hand
-
Pinch off desired size and roll into balls.
(The balls will not spread, the size rolled will
be the baked size)
-
Place onto baking sheets lined with parchment
-
Bake at 325-350 until golden brown
(15-20 minutes)
